220 - your age x 85% = High end heart rate

220-26 x 65% = 126 hbpm

220-26 x 85% = 165 hbpm


so aullea kena workout & watch out ur heart beat per min dalam range 126 - 165 to maximize ur calories burning.

maksud missza heart rate masa x eksesais ke? kalau tgh rehat2 normal heart rate 60-100/min.

kalau tgh eksesais, mcm tu lah.. 85% dari max heart rate per min.
