Update Menu


Hola..lama betul x update..dekat 10hari.. ni punca merajuk dgn timbang lah nie..dah 10 hari x gerak @ plateau.. hari ni baru nak kawan balik dgn timbang sbb pagi tadi sekali turun 800gram. fuh..happy giler.. baru ade mood nk update.. haha. actually aullea tgh bz dgn course kat opis..habis hari ni. so siang mmg x sempat curi masa nak online..

Rindu betol la..hehe

ok ni aullea flashback update menu 2-3 hari lepas dlm usaha utk boost balik metabolisma nie.. alhamdulillah berhasil pagi ni, nak jugak kau turun wahai timbang.. ok now update..
