Sleep to lose weight?

Dulu, aullea tidur 4-5 jam sehari.. biasanya berjaga sampai jam 1-2 pagi, bangun kadang-kadang 6-6.30pagi.. kadang-kadang snooze memanjang..
Sekarang, after dah tahu kepentingan tidur yang cukup, aullea mula set kan tidur 7 jam sehari.. jadi budak sekolah balik la nampaknya..diet punya pasal. so kena pandai2 adjust.. mmg penting tidur yang cukup untuk proses menurunkan berat badan.. kalau x caya..cuba lah malam ni tidur 4 jam je & tengok berat pagi esok turun ke tak..

Selain tidur awal, bangun awal, ia boleh jadikan diri kita lebih berdisiplin menghadapi urusan harian.. punch card pun dah x merah2 lagi sejak berdiet nie..hehehe

Apa yang berlaku masa kita tidur? Badan tengah berehat...(ahh..leganya aku..tuan aku dah tido..) baiki tissue2,muscle yang telah digunakan sepanjang hari (20jam berjaga).. cuba korang online ke chatting ke atas katil ke kat meja ke sampai jam 2-3 pagi, mesti rasa sakit2 je badan lepas tu dehidrate..pegi minum air..yg worst tu kalau lapar tgh malam. so camne lah badan nak lose weight..dah la badan ada time masa kita tidur je utk berehat... sbb tu kalau x cukup tidur, badan kita letih semacam & malas je sepanjang hari..

Ha, jangan korang tidur lepas lunch pulak..ke tidur petang-petang ke.. hehe.. ni cerita tidur malam je.. :)

Sleep to lose weight?
It is believed that specific hormones in the body can dictate how we gain weight, and getting more sleep may help control weight gain. Most of us simply take sleep for granted. We assume we need our "rest" without ever thinking much about it. But the most important function of sleep is to allow our bodies to regenerate themselves. If we engage in physical exercise or muscle-taxing work during the day, our muscles, ligaments, skin, cartilage and other working parts of our body are worn down in the process. The body needs a time of rest to rebuild these damaged parts. That is what happens during sleep.

While we sleep the body repairs and rebuilds organ tissue, ligaments, tendons, collagen and lean muscle by burning the calories we take in as food during the day. And if that is not enough, it will burn excess fat. The body engages in this restorative process during sleep. And this restorative process uses energy to rebuild both lean muscle mass and other kinds of body tissue. Think about it -- the rebuilding processes takes place during sleep uses a lot of energy and if the restorative processes are running smoothly and efficiently, the required energy comes from the places in our body where energy is stored -- from our fat cells.
