Loss 5.5kg in May 2009


Hari ni kantoi lagi.. mcm x best je rasa bila dah malam2.. kan dah cakap dah mesti nyesal punyalah lepas kantoi.. bukan apa, nak celebrate konon berat turun dlm minggu nie... konon nak reward kat perut la kasi makan sedap2..total loss last week : 1.7kg..
Total loss last month May 2009 : 5.5kg...wahhh! cayalah..without any product diet bulan lepas..
hopefully bulan nie pun berjaya.. target 85kg lak.. u go girl..!

Tapi kes esok pagi nie..konfirm berat naik sbb hari ni makan byk wei..
1. Breakfast Pisang
2. Snack Sosej
3. Pop Corn chicken + wedges for Lunch
4. Snack Pisang + wedges baki
5. Roasted Chicken Ayamas for Dinner

Hancus diet hari nie :(
